Rightway Transport Services Limited operates a working haulage and passenger fleet across Ghana — funded, owned and overseen by everyday investors who share in the weekly profits.

To make transport investment accessible, transparent and rewarding for ordinary Ghanaians — replacing opaque "returns" with an open ledger anyone can audit.
What we believe
Every cedi earned and spent should be visible to the members who funded it. Profit-sharing should be automatic, pro-rata and verifiable in real time.
Our story
Rightway Transport Services Limited was founded to give Ghanaians a way to invest in the country's growing transport economy without losing sight of where their money goes. Too many fleet schemes promise big returns and deliver nothing — or hide their books behind unverifiable spreadsheets.
We took a different approach: build the platform first. Every weekly sale is logged in a shared system, automatically split into 11 categories — fuel, tyres, oil, insurance, driver pay, maintenance reserve, and a fixed 38.8% profit pool — and distributed pro-rata to members based on their contributions.
Today, Rightway operates a fleet serving construction sites, mining operations and commercial clients across Greater Accra, Ashanti and beyond. Our members open the same dashboard our managers use. There are no second sets of books.
